You have arrived at the junction where I was 20 years ago, where something has happened in your life to cause you to be committed to a self-healing journey. Know that a "self-healing" journey is a "self-love" journey and you don't have to walk it alone. It's not a luxury either, but a necessity, for when you heal yourself, then can you heal your family and community.
Options are always good!
Option 1: Join me in my first book club, and start just the way I did. Let's read Pratima Raitur's: Absolute Beauty and learn how to heal your mind, body, and soul. I am willing to do this with you, as this book can be very daunting if done alone. SO, no more excuses. Let's go!
Option 2: Get together a few guys or gals and do full body cleanse while enjoying delicious drinks with J J Smith groundbreaking work. Don't underestimate the simplicity of her presentation.
Option 3: If you're needing help with some deep personal issues, and need some time to do your self-healing work on your own, my best recommendation would be the book I actually wrote as I was going through the same, Unchained Child of the Most High God.
Either way, feel free to reach out to me at any time. If I'm not able to help, I will point you in the direction of someone who can!
Much love and happiness!
